OPEN PROGRAMMES

Your investment for our open programmes is approximately £395 per training day. In addition to the training, this includes a set of programme notes for future use, a personal action plan to implement on your return to work, refreshments and lunch. We also offer a telephone helpline to all delegates and in some circumstances a post course visit. These are inclusive in the above price.

IN-HOUSE PROGRAMMES

Due to our increasing modes of delivery and subject areas, this is priced on a project by project basis. For example:
For 4 ½ hours of 1-1 report writing coaching you can expect your investment to be in the region of £1,125. This equates to £250 per hour. This includes meetings with the trainer to discuss objectives and coaching via e-mail or telephone.
For 4 ½ days of appraiser training with a maximum of 12 delegates on each half-day your investment would be £6,975. For 6 1-hour sessions of appraisee seminars with a maximum of 25 delegates per session your investment would be £1,400, giving a total project cost of £9,275.
For a modular graduate development programme which would total 12 days or more throughout the year you can expect your investment to be in the region of £18,600.
As you can see there is a range. This would normally fall between £1,550 and £1,950 per day.
All prices are a guide as there are a number of factors we take into consideration when costing a project.
In all cases your investment includes:
- A pre-course visit with the trainer
- The research, design and delivery of the programme
- A comprehensive set of course notes for each delegate to keep as a source of reference in the future
- A continuing "telephone help line" whereby we invite delegates to call us if they are experiencing difficulty in implementing elements of their personal action plans. We will ensure that their trainer is put in touch with them
- A post-course visit with the trainer
- All trainer's travelling expenses (within the UK)
We ask our clients to provide:
- A suitable training room with breakout areas for syndicate exercises
- Any equipment required
- Refreshments and lunch for the delegates and trainer
- Accommodation and subsistence for the trainer on the night before each training day, if required
